店舗や施設のBGMとして流せますか？
はい。飲食店、小売店、ホテル、オフィス、病院・クリニック、サロン、ジム、学校、展示会場などで、館内・店内BGMとして利用できます。法人・商用施設でもKominamiへの利用回数・拠点数ごとの追加料金は不要で、クレジット表記も任意です。ただし、音源の再配布・販売、音楽配信サービスとしての提供、Content ID登録はできません。
商用・非商用を問わず本当に無料ですか？
はい。公開カタログの音源は、商用・非商用を問わず制作物の中で無料で利用できます。動画、配信、ゲーム、アプリ、映像作品、ポッドキャスト、広告、受託制作などに組み込めます。ただし、音源そのものの再配布、販売、自作発言、長時間Mix・作業用BGM集・音源をまとめた再投稿動画・自分の音源カタログとしての公開は禁止です。
クレジット表記は必須ですか？
任意です。記載する場合は「Music: Kominami」などシンプルで構いません。
著作権は誰にありますか？
公開しているカタログはKominamiが管理しています。ライセンスは制作物の中で音源を使う許諾であり、著作権の譲渡や独占利用権の付与ではありません。
生成AIと聞きました。品質は大丈夫ですか？
メロディーは生成AIで作り、人が最終チェックしてから公開します。品質向上のため予告なく差し替える場合があります。
ダウンロードリンクが切れている気がします
署名付きURLが一時的に無効になる場合があります。数分後に再試行し、改善しない場合はお問い合わせください。
ゲームで使えますか？
はい。商用・非商用を問わず、ゲーム内BGM、メニュー、バトル、トレーラー、告知動画などで利用できます。詳しくはライセンス条件をご確認ください。
コーディングAIやバイブコーディングで作ったゲームでも使えますか？
はい。AI支援のワークフローで制作したゲーム、試作、アプリ、動画に組み込んで使うことは、通常のライセンス範囲で可能です。禁止されるのは、音源自体をAI学習、データセット化、素材としての再配布に使うことです。
YouTube、Twitch、配信で使えますか？
はい。動画、ライブ配信、アーカイブ、切り抜きで利用できます。ただし禁止事項や各プラットフォームの規約には従ってください。
YouTubeのプレイリストに追加してもいいですか？
はい。Kominami公式YouTube動画を、YouTubeの通常のプレイリスト機能で追加・整理することは問題ありません。禁止しているのは、音源をダウンロードしたり複数曲をまとめたりして、自分の長時間Mix、音源だけの動画、作業用BGM集、プレイリスト風動画として再投稿する行為です。
Content IDや著作権申し立てを受けることはありますか？
公開カタログはクリエイター利用を想定していますが、各プラットフォームの判定や第三者の誤申立てにより、まれに申し立てが発生する可能性があります。申し立てを受けた場合は、対象トラックURL、動画URL、申し立て内容、スクリーンショットを添えてお問い合わせください。
クライアント案件や法人案件で使えますか？
はい。商用案件、受託制作、法人利用でも使えます。通常の制作利用であれば追加費用は不要です。
有料作品の中で使えますか？
はい。有料ゲーム、有料動画、アプリ、教材、映像作品など、完成した制作物の一部として利用できます。ただし、音源ファイル自体を販売したり、音楽パック・サンプルパック・競合する素材配布カタログとして提供したりすることはできません。
曲を編集してもいいですか？
はい。カット、フェード、音量調整、形式変換、軽微な編集は可能です。ただし編集後の音源を素材として再配布することはできません。
禁止事項は何ですか？
音源の再配布・単体販売・自作発言、AI学習データへの再利用、音源を長時間Mix・作業用BGM集・音源をまとめた再投稿動画・自分の配布カタログとして再公開する行為は禁止です。
AI学習やAI用データセットに使えますか？
いいえ。AI学習データセット、モデル入力用ライブラリ、AI生成素材としての再配布には使えません。
曲を探すときは何を見ればいいですか？
各トラックページにジャンル、ムード、用途、利用条件を記載しています。テンポ感は補助情報として確認しつつ、シーンや用途に合う項目を中心に選んでください。
ジャンルやムード、テンポ感の表示は絶対に正確ですか？
選びやすくするための推定メタデータです。検索や比較の目安として使ってください。
カタログはどのくらい更新されますか？
新しい楽曲やYouTube投稿の処理に合わせて更新します。公開後も、検索しやすくするためにメタデータ、サムネイル、説明文を調整する場合があります。
Can I play the tracks as background music in a shop or facility?
Yes. You may play them as background music in shops, restaurants, hotels, offices, clinics, salons, gyms, schools, exhibition venues, and other facilities. Commercial facilities do not owe Kominami per-use or per-location fees, and credit is optional. You may not redistribute or sell the audio, provide it as a music streaming service, or register it in Content ID.
Is it really free?
Yes. Public tracks are free for commercial and non-commercial production use. You can place them inside videos, streams, games, apps, films, podcasts, advertisements, and client work. Redistribution, reselling, long-form music-only mixes, BGM collection channels, uploading the audio as your own catalog, or claiming authorship is not allowed.
Is credit required?
Optional. If you include it, a simple "Music: Kominami" is appreciated.
Who owns the copyright?
Kominami manages the released catalog. The license gives creators permission to use the tracks in projects, but it does not transfer copyright ownership or exclusive rights.
Is the quality OK if it's AI-generated?
Melodies are generated with AI and finalized after human review. We may update tracks without notice to improve quality.

Can I use this music in my game?
Yes. You can use tracks in commercial and non-commercial games as background music, menu music, battle music, trailers, and promotional videos, within the license terms.
Can I use this music in games made with AI coding tools or vibe coding workflows?
Yes. Using these tracks inside games, prototypes, apps, or videos created with AI-assisted workflows is allowed under the same license terms. What remains prohibited is reusing the tracks themselves for AI training, dataset building, or standalone asset redistribution.
Can I use this music on YouTube, Twitch, or live streams?
Yes. You can use tracks in videos, live streams, VODs, and clips. Follow the license page for prohibited uses and platform-specific rules.
Can I add Kominami videos to a YouTube playlist?
Yes. Adding official Kominami YouTube videos to a normal YouTube playlist is allowed. What is prohibited is downloading or compiling the audio and reuploading it as your own long-form mix, music-only video, BGM collection, or playlist-style video.
Will I receive a Content ID claim?
The public catalog is intended for creator use, but platform systems can change and third-party claims may happen by mistake. If you receive a claim, contact us with the track URL, video URL, claim details, and a screenshot so we can review it.
Can I use this music in client work or corporate projects?
Yes. Commercial client work and corporate use are allowed. The license covers normal production use without additional fees.
Can I use the music in paid products?
Yes. You may include the music as part of a paid game, video, app, course, film, or other finished production. Selling the music file itself, a music pack, a sample pack, or a competing download catalog is not allowed.
Can I edit the track?
Yes. Trimming, fading, level adjustment, format conversion, and light production edits are allowed. Redistributing the edited audio itself as a standalone asset is not allowed.
What is prohibited?
You may not redistribute or resell the audio as a standalone asset, claim authorship, reuse tracks for AI training datasets, or republish them as long-form mixes, playlist-style reupload videos, BGM collection channels, or your own music catalog.
Can I use this music for AI training or as AI dataset material?
No. Reuse for AI training datasets, model input libraries, or AI-generated asset redistribution is prohibited.
How can I find the right track quickly?
Track pages list genre, mood, tempo, recommended use, and license details. Browse by type and compare these fields to match your scene or project.
Are the genre, mood, and tempo labels exact?
They are estimated metadata for discovery and selection. Use them as guidance, not as a legal or musicological guarantee.
How often is the catalog updated?
The catalog is updated as new tracks and YouTube uploads are processed. Some pages may receive metadata, thumbnail, or description updates after publication so creators can search and compare tracks more easily.
