申し立ては必ずしも違反通知ではない
自動照合により、利用許可がある音源でも申し立てが出ることがあります。申し立て、制限、著作権侵害警告は別のものです。
Kominamiの音源を利用者がContent IDや類似の権利主張システムへ登録することは禁止です。
A claim is not always a strike
Automated matching can create claims even when you have permission to use a track. A claim, restriction, and copyright strike are different events.
Kominami tracks must not be registered by users into Content ID or similar rights-claim systems.
公開前に利用記録を残す
アップロード前に、曲ページURL、ダウンロード日、ライセンスURL、作品名、利用シーンを保存しておきます。
申し立てが出た場合は、申立人名、動画URL、発生日、スクリーンショット、Kominamiの曲名を記録してください。
Keep records before publishing
Save the track page URL, download date, license URL, project title, and usage scene before upload.
If a claim appears, record the claimant name, video URL, claim date, screenshots, and the Kominami track title.
