Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data and access logs when providing royalty-free tracks, including advertising cookies used by Google.

収集する情報

  • お問い合わせフォームに入力いただいた氏名・メールアドレス・件名・内容。
  • アカウントおよび投稿機能に関する情報（認証用ID、認証サービスから提供されるメールアドレス、表示名、ユーザー名、自己紹介・プロフィール画像、非公開のお気に入り・コレクション、投稿音源・画像、楽曲情報、権利確認、規約への同意記録、審査履歴）。
  • 任意支援の決済情報（支援額、通貨、決済状況、取引識別子、決済に必要な連絡先情報）。カード情報は決済事業者が処理し、Kominamiでは保存しません。
  • ダウンロードや再生に伴うアクセスログ（IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、アクセス日時）。
  • 匿名の利用状況データ（ブラウザ単位の仮名セッションID、閲覧ページ、楽曲・カテゴリ操作、検索語、検索結果件数）。分析イベント用テーブルにはIPアドレスやブラウザ情報を保存しません。
  • ユニークダウンロード数の計測情報（楽曲ID、ダウンロード日、認証IDまたはランダムな匿名Cookieから生成した一方向ハッシュ）。認証IDとCookieの元の値はダウンロードイベント用テーブルへ保存しません。

利用目的

  • サポート対応や不正利用の調査、サービス改善のための統計。
  • 生成AI楽曲の品質管理と著作権保護のため。
  • 投稿者の認証、投稿作品の審査、承認されたプロフィールや楽曲の公開、公開停止・権利申告への対応、同意と権利確認の記録保存。
  • 重複を除いたサイト内ダウンロード数の表示と、連続操作による公開数値の水増し防止。

保管と共有

  • 取得した個人情報はアクセス権限を限定して管理し、必要最小限の範囲で取り扱います。
  • 認証、データベース、ファイル保管、配信など、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で外部サービスを利用します。公開プロフィールと承認済み楽曲の情報は一般に公開されます。
  • アカウント情報は、原則としてアカウントまたは公開作品が有効な間保管し、その後はセキュリティ、法令上の義務、紛争対応、同意記録、成立済みライセンスの確認に合理的に必要な範囲で保持します。運用ログや分析情報も目的達成に必要な範囲で保持します。
  • 個人情報を販売することはありません。法令に基づく場合を除き、サービス提供に必要な範囲を超えて第三者へ提供しません。
  • 削除希望はお問い合わせページ、または [email protected] までご連絡ください。ただし、法令上の義務、セキュリティ、紛争対応または公開停止前に成立した利用許諾の確認に必要な記録は、必要な範囲で保持する場合があります。

広告Cookieについて

  • Googleを含む第三者配信事業者は、利用者が当サイトまたは他のサイトへ過去にアクセスした情報に基づいて広告を配信するため、Cookieを使用することがあります。
  • Googleの広告Cookieにより、Googleやそのパートナーは当サイトおよびインターネット上の他サイトへのアクセス情報に基づいて広告を配信できます。
  • 利用者はGoogleの広告設定（https://adssettings.google.com/）からパーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。

生成AIデータに関する取扱い

  • 利用者から提供された素材をAI学習に再利用することはありません。
  • 投稿者は、第三者を識別できる声その他の個人情報を投稿する場合、本人から必要な許可を得てください。
  • AI生成物に起因する不具合・トラブルなどの保証はいたしかねます。

Data we collect

  • Contact form entries: name, email, subject, and message content.
  • Account and creator-submission data: authentication identifiers, email address when provided by the authentication service, display name, creator handle, profile and avatar, private favorites/collections, uploaded audio and artwork, track metadata, rights confirmations, consent records, and moderation history.
  • Optional support payment records: amount, currency, payment status, transaction identifier, and related contact information. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Kominami.
  • Access logs for downloads/preview (IP address, browser info, access time).
  • Anonymous product analytics: a pseudonymous browser-session ID, page path, track/category interactions, searches, and result counts. Raw IP addresses and browser details are not stored in the analytics event table.
  • Unique download counting: track ID, download date, and a one-way hash derived from an authentication ID or a random anonymous cookie. The raw authentication ID and cookie value are not stored in the download-event table.

Use of data

  • Responding to support inquiries; investigating abuse; service improvement and statistics.
  • Quality control and copyright protection for generative AI tracks.
  • Authenticating creators, reviewing submissions, publishing approved profiles and tracks, handling takedown requests, and retaining evidence of consent and rights checks.
  • Showing a deduplicated site-download count and preventing repeated requests from inflating public figures.

Retention & sharing

  • Data is stored with restricted access. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
  • We use authentication, database, object-storage, delivery, and other service providers only as needed to operate the service. Public profile and approved-track information is shown publicly.
  • Account data is generally retained while the account or published work remains active and afterward only as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, disputes, consent records, and licenses already granted. Operational logs and analytics are retained only as needed for those purposes.
  • We may disclose when required by law. You may request deletion via the Contact page or by email: [email protected]. We may retain limited records where needed for legal obligations, security, disputes, or licenses granted before removal.

Advertising cookies

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this site or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet.
  • Users can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings: https://adssettings.google.com/

About generative AI data

  • User-provided materials will not be reused for AI training.
  • Creators must have permission before submitting identifiable voices or other personal information belonging to another person.
  • We do not guarantee reversibility or attribution for AI-generated artifacts.
